Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-10-902","heading":"Sale or conveyance of property used as solid waste","body":"disposal site or landfill.\n\nA. Pursuant to the provisions of this section, any municipality\n\nmay sell or otherwise convey any of its property within or without\n\nthe limits of the municipality which is used or has been used as a\n\nsolid waste disposal site or landfill or for the collection or\n\ntransfer of solid waste. The provisions of this section shall apply\n\nto all such real property owned by the municipality which has been\n\nacquired or dedicated for the public use or purpose and for the\n\nbenefit of the residents of the municipality.\n\nB. The property of the municipality which is used or has been\n\nused as a solid waste disposal site or landfill or for the\n\ncollection or transfer of solid waste may be sold or otherwise\n\nconveyed by the municipality if:\n\n1. The municipal governing body provides for a public hearing\n\non the issue of the disposal or conveyance of the property; and\n\n2.
