Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-11-306","heading":"Administration of act","body":"It shall be the further duty of the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the\n\nDepartment of Environmental Quality, and any other state agency\n\ncalled upon for assistance in the proper enforcement of the\n\nRecycling, Reuse and Source Reduction Incentive Act, to cooperate\n\neach with the other in its administration so as to accomplish the\n\npurposes set forth in the Recycling, Reuse and Source Reduction\n\nIncentive Act.
