There is hereby created within the Oklahoma Tax Commission\n\nthe \"Used Tire Recycling Indemnity Fund\". The Indemnity Fund shall\n\nbe administered by the Oklahoma Tax Commission pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 2-11-401.4 of this title.\n\nB. The Indemnity Fund shall consist of:\n\n1. All monies received by the Commission as proceeds from the\n\nassessment imposed pursuant to Section 2-11-401.2 of this title;\n\n2. Interest attributable to investment of money in the\n\nIndemnity Fund; and\n\n3.
