Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-11-502","heading":"Plastic bottles or containers - Definitions","body":"For the purposes of the Plastic Container Labeling Act:\n\n1. \"Board\" means the Environmental Quality Board;\n\n2. \"Department\" means the Department of Environmental Quality;\n\n3. \"Label\" means a molded, imprinted or raised symbol on or\n\nnear the bottom of a plastic container or bottle;\n\n4. \"Person\" means an individual, sole proprietor, partnership,\n\nassociation, corporation or other legal entity;\n\n5. \"Plastic\" means any material made of polymeric organic\n\ncompounds and additives that can be shaped by flow;\n\n6. \"Plastic bottle\" means a plastic container intended for\n\nsingle use that has a neck that is smaller than the body of the\n\ncontainer, accepts a screw-type, snap cap or other closure and has a\n\ncapacity of sixteen (16) fluid ounces or more, but less than five\n\n(5) gallons; and\n\n7. \"Rigid plastic container\" means any formed or molded\n\ncontainer, other than a bottle, intended for single use, composed\n\npredominantly of plastic resin, and having a relatively inflexible\n\nfinite shape or form with a capacity of eight (8) ounces or more but\n\nless than five (5) gallons.","path":["OK Code","Title 27A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os27A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c5b7001ebbdcb9a8c1ff4aa15fab741a5fe53321faef133f90f036a10251685d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-27a-27a-2-11-501","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-27a-27a-2-11-503"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
