Computers and computer monitors have become indispensable to\n\nthe strength and growth of the state’s economy and the quality of\n\nlife of its citizens. Equally important is the protection of our\n\nstate’s environment and natural resources which necessitates the\n\nimplementation of a statewide system to properly dispose of or\n\nrecycle these products. Many of these products can be refurbished\n\nand reused, and many contain valuable materials that can be\n\nrecycled.\n\nB.
