No person, agency, institution or organization shall\n\nadvertise or otherwise present itself as an accredited lead-based\n\npaint training program unless accredited by the Department pursuant\n\nto this article and rules promulgated thereunder.\n\nB. No individual shall advertise or otherwise present himself\n\nas an accredited lead-based paint training provider or instructor\n\nunless accredited for such purposes by the Department pursuant to\n\nthis article and rules promulgated thereunder.\n\nC. Any accreditation issued pursuant to this article may\n\ncontain conditions as the Department shall deem necessary or\n\nappropriate.\n\nD. Any program or training provider accreditation issued\n\npursuant to this article and rules promulgated thereunder shall be\n\nrenewable annually for the period September 1 through August 31\n\npursuant to rules promulgated by the Board.\n\nE. 1. Upon application by an out-of-state training program or\n\ntraining provider, the Department may recognize and approve in part\n\nor in whole the current accreditation of the applicant if the\n\nDepartment finds that the state's accreditation requirements in\n\neffect at the time of accreditation are equivalent to the\n\nrequirements of the Department; provided, however, that no such\n\naccreditation will be recognized and approved by the Department\n\nunless the applicant program or provider would be accredited by such\n\nother state under substantially the same conditions.\n\n2.
