Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-12-402","heading":"Renovation, demolition and remodeling - Guidelines","body":"In order to reduce the risk of exposure to lead in connection\n\nwith renovation, demolition and remodeling of target housing and\n\nchild-occupied facilities, the Environmental Quality Board shall,\n\nconsistent with the terms of federal funding agreements and the\n\nreceipt of such funds by the Department of Environmental Quality for\n\nsuch development and dissemination, promulgate guidelines for the\n\nconduct of such renovation, demolition and remodeling activities\n\nwhich may create a risk of exposure to dangerous levels of lead.\n\nThe Department shall disseminate such guidelines to persons engaged\n\nin such renovation, demolition and remodeling through hardware and\n\npaint stores, employee organizations, trade groups, state and local\n\nagencies, and through other appropriate means.","path":["OK Code","Title 27A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os27A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a2fc5f4653d1505e2d39e8b387bf1499f89c16228e1c332a0a66e25f515357a0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-27a-27a-2-12-401","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-27a-27a-2-12-501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
