The Department of Environmental Quality may require the\n\nparticipant to reimburse the Department for reasonable costs for the\n\nreview and oversight of any remediation, reports, field activities\n\nor other services or duties of the Department pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Brownfields Voluntary Redevelopment Act which are performed\n\nby the Department prior to the issuance of the Certificate of\n\nCompletion or the Certificate of No Action Necessary.\n\nB.
