Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-15-110","heading":"Prior applications and consent orders ratified -","body":"Continued reliance - Benefits and releases of liability to be part\n\nof consent order - Applicability of section.\n\nA. Except as otherwise specified by this section, any consent\n\norder issued by the Department of Environmental Quality prior to the\n\neffective date of this act meeting the conditions and requirements\n\nestablished by the Department or as otherwise determined by the\n\nDepartment to be in compliance for such site is hereby ratified.\n\nB. Any person who has entered into a consent order with the\n\nDepartment pursuant to this section may continue to rely upon the\n\nconsent order if the person has accepted the conditions of and in\n\nother respects complies with the requirements so established and\n\nwith the provisions of the consent order as determined by the\n\nDepartment.\n\nC. Any benefits and releases of liability from administrative\n\npenalties and from civil action as provided by the Oklahoma\n\nBrownfields Voluntary Redevelopment Act shall apply and be made part\n\nof the Certificate of Completion or Certificate of No Action\n\nNecessary.\n\nD.
