Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-16-103","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Refinery Revitalization Act:\n\n1. “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the\n\nOklahoma Department of Environmental Quality;\n\n2. “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Environmental\n\nProtection Agency;\n\n3. “RPCA” means the Refinery Permitting Cooperative Agreement;\n\n4. “Federal authorization” means any authorization required\n\nunder federal law, including but not limited to, the Clean Air Act,\n\nthe Federal Water Pollution Control Act, the Safe Drinking Water\n\nAct, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and\n\nLiability Act of 1980, the Solid Waste Disposal Act, the Toxic\n\nSubstances Control Act, the National Historic Preservation Act, the\n\nNational Environmental Policy Act of 1969, and the Endangered\n\nSpecies Act, in order to site, construct, upgrade, or operate a\n\nrefinery facility, including such permits, special use\n\nauthorizations, certifications, opinions, or other approvals as may\n\nbe required, whether issued by a federal, state, or local agency;\n\n5. “Commission” means the Oklahoma Corporation Commission;\n\n6. “Tax Commission” means the Oklahoma Tax Commission; and\n\n7. “Refinery facility” means any facility designed and operated\n\nto receive, unload, store, process and refine raw crude oil by any\n\nchemical or physical process, including distillation, fluid\n\ncatalytic cracking, hydrocracking, coking, alkylation,\n\netherification, polymerization, catalytic reforming, isomerization,\n\nhydrotreating, blending, and any combination thereof.","path":["OK Code","Title 27A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os27A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5f2b7bae1adf1e2833ca518066bd5593ba66e59a4578c40d516b6f8f3b5a8c71","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-27a-27a-2-16-102","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-27a-27a-2-16-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
