The Department shall employ one or more Administrative Law\n\nJudges to conduct individual proceedings, and perform such other\n\nduties as are assigned to them by the Executive Director which are\n\nnot inconsistent with their statutory duties.\n\nB. Each Administrative Law Judge shall:\n\n1. Have a general knowledge of the contaminants, pollutants,\n\nwastes and other materials which are regulated by the Oklahoma\n\nEnvironmental Quality Code;\n\n2. Have a working knowledge of the laws and rules under this\n\nCode;\n\n3. Be currently licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court\n\nof this state; and\n\n4. Not be an owner, stockholder, employee or officer of, nor\n\nhave any other business relationship with, any corporation,\n\npartnership, or other business or entity that is subject to\n\nregulation by the Department.\n\nC.
