Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-3-106","heading":"Pollution prevention, defined","body":"As used in this act and the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Act\n\nand the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Code, unless otherwise\n\nspecified:\n\n1. \"Pollution prevention\" means any practice which reduces the\n\nuse of any hazardous substance or amount of any pollutant or\n\ncontaminant prior to recycling, treatment or disposal, and reduces\n\nthe hazards to public health and the environment associated with the\n\nuse or release or both of such substances, pollutants or\n\ncontaminants.
