For permits or other authorizations required pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Environmental Quality Code, applicants shall file\n\napplications in the form and manner established by the Department of\n\nEnvironmental Quality. The Department shall review such\n\napplications as filed and subsequently amended or supplemented. Any\n\npermit issued or authorization granted may include conditions.\n\nB. Permits and other authorizations required pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Environmental Code may contain provisions requiring that\n\noperations shall be in compliance with municipal and other local\n\ngovernment ordinances, rules and requirements.
