Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-3-403","heading":"Environmental Trust Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Environmental Quality to be designated the\n\n\"Environmental Trust Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of monies collected pursuant to the provisions of Section\n\n354 of Title 17 of the Oklahoma Statutes for deposit in the\n\nEnvironmental Trust Revolving Fund and monies received in the form\n\nof gifts, grants, reimbursements, and from any other source\n\nspecified for the purposes specified by this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Department of Environmental Quality\n\nfor matching federal funds available for environmental remediation\n\nand cleanup.
