Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-3-404","heading":"Blue River-Little Blue Creek Stream Health Assessment","body":"Study Revolving Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Environmental Quality to be designated\n\nthe “Blue River-Little Blue Creek Stream Health Assessment Study\n\nRevolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Department from appropriations, apportionments, donations,\n\nand federal grants received for the purpose of completing the study\n\ncreated pursuant to subsection B of this section. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Department for the purpose provided\n\nfor in this section. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon\n\nwarrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.\n\nB. Pursuant to the requirements of Section 1-3-101 of Title 27A\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes as it relates to waters emanating from a\n\nsensitive sole source aquifer, the Department shall establish and\n\nperform a Blue River-Little Blue Creek Stream Health Assessment\n\nStudy. The Department shall coordinate with a research university\n\nfor the purpose of defining the study scope and conducting work\n\nnecessary to complete data collection and the development of the\n\nBlue River-Little Blue Creek Stream Health Assessment Study. The\n\nDepartment shall preference resources and partnerships within this\n\nstate during evaluation for the performance of conducting this\n\nstudy.
