Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-3-505","heading":"Fraud or misrepresentation - Additional penalties","body":"In addition to other penalties as may be imposed by law, any\n\nperson who knowingly makes any false statement, representation or\n\ncertification in, or omits material data from, any application for a\n\npermit, license, certificate or other authorization, or any notice,\n\nanalyses or report required by this Code, rules promulgated\n\nthereunder or any permit, license, certificate or other\n\nauthorization issued pursuant thereto, or knowingly misrepresents or\n\nomits material data in such report to any person relying on such\n\nreport or who alters any sample or knowingly renders inaccurate any\n\nmonitoring device or method required to be maintained by such Code,\n\nrules, permits, licenses, certificates or authorization, or with\n\nregard to owners and employees of laboratories certified by the\n\nDepartment, misrepresents or omits material data from any report or\n\nanalyses submitted to any person relying on such data because of the\n\nlaboratory's certification shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor and may be subject to a fine of not more than Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each such violation.","path":["OK Code","Title 27A"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os27A.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8c2058c1b39c5e6b995c69959caa5e64ef3323ee8e5f74b2e89b47a3f79a8be5","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-27a-27a-2-3-504","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-27a-27a-2-3-506"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
