Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-4-304","heading":"Acceptance of reports or laboratory analyses","body":"performed by accredited laboratories.\n\nA. The Department of Environmental Quality shall accept reports\n\nor laboratory analyses performed by accredited laboratories but may\n\nreject analyses that were not performed in compliance with the\n\nDepartment's rules or the laboratory's accreditation. The\n\nDepartment may require that reports or laboratory analyses which are\n\nsubmitted pursuant to this Code, rules promulgated or permits and\n\norders issued pursuant thereto shall be performed by laboratories\n\naccredited by the Department if the submission of reports or\n\nlaboratory analyses performed by an accredited laboratory is\n\nspecifically required or authorized by this Code, rules promulgated\n\nthereto or federal law or federal regulations.\n\nB. The Department shall accept laboratory reports and analyses\n\nprepared and performed by Department-certified laboratory operators\n\nfor operational testing of municipal wastewater treatment systems\n\nand water supply systems provided that the analyses were performed\n\nin compliance with the Department's rules or the terms of the\n\nlaboratory operator's certification.\n\nC.
