No later than August 31, 2012, the Department of\n\nEnvironmental Quality shall convene a working group including\n\nmunicipalities, consulting engineers, technical experts, and the\n\ngeneral public to explore opportunities for water reuse and define\n\nthe process for variances from the construction and operations\n\nstandards relating to indirect potable reuse, Category 2, and\n\nCategory 3 reuse waters.\n\nB. No later than July 1, 2013, the Board of Environmental\n\nQuality shall promulgate rules for the indirect potable reuse of\n\ntreated wastewater. The rules shall contain a variance process from\n\nthe water reuse construction and operation standards.\n\nC. No later than July 1, 2013, the Board shall promulgate rules\n\nto develop a variance process from the water reuse construction and\n\noperations standards for Category 2 and Category 3 reuse water to\n\nauthorize the storage of such waters within existing surface\n\nimpoundments.\n\nD.
