Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-6-110","heading":"Pilot projects for aquifer storage and recovery","body":"The Department of Environmental Quality is authorized to issue\n\npermits for limited-scale pilot projects for the purpose of aquifer\n\nstorage and recovery. The applications for such projects shall be\n\nTier II applications under the Oklahoma Uniform Environmental\n\nPermitting Act. The Department shall determine pilot project\n\ncriteria and establish a process for the consideration of\n\napplications. Each permit shall include any permit conditions the\n\nDepartment deems necessary or appropriate for protection of the\n\naquifer quality.
