Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-6-305","heading":"Waterworks - Filing of plans and surveys","body":"\n\nEvery person supplying or authorized to supply water to the\n\npublic shall file with the Department a certified copy of the plans\n\nand surveys of the waterworks, with a description of the source from\n\nwhich the water supply is derived.
