Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-6-501.6","heading":"Distribution of municipal sludge","body":"In addition to the requirements imposed by Section 2-6-501 et\n\nseq. of Title 27A of the Oklahoma Statutes, municipal sludge shall\n\nbe distributed by a municipality in accordance with an approved\n\nsludge management plan. Such plan shall authorize the municipality\n\nto award such sludge to any qualified recipient for land application\n\nif such recipients meet the requirements of Section 2-6-501.5 of\n\nTitle 27A of the Oklahoma Statutes.
