Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-6-901","heading":"Penalties - Misdemeanor - Injunctions - Assessment of","body":"civil penalties.\n\nA. In addition to other penalties as may be imposed by law, any\n\nperson who shall violate any of the provisions of, or who fails to\n\nperform any duty imposed by this article, or who violates any rule\n\npromulgated thereunder, or the terms of any order, permit, license\n\nor certification issued thereunder, shall, upon conviction, be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor and in addition thereto may be enjoined from\n\ncontinuing such violation. In addition to other penalties or\n\nliabilities as may be imposed by law, violations may be punishable\n\nin civil proceedings by assessment of a civil penalty of not more\n\nthan Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for each violation or, in\n\ncriminal proceedings, by a fine of not less than Two Hundred Dollars\n\n($200.00) and not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for\n\neach violation or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more\n\nthan six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day\n\nupon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate\n\nviolation.\n\nB. Part 5 of Article III of Chapter 2 of this act shall apply\n\nto violations under this article except when inconsistent with the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Pollutant Discharge Elimination System\n\nAct.\n\nC.
