Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-7-104","heading":"Hazardous waste management program - Personnel","body":"\n\nA hazardous waste management program responsible for the\n\nregulation and management of hazardous waste shall be maintained\n\nwithin the Department. The hazardous waste management program shall\n\nconsist of a director, who shall be hired by the Executive Director,\n\nand additional employees as the Executive Director deems are\n\nnecessary and duly qualified to carry out the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act. As a prerequisite for\n\nemployment as the director of the hazardous waste management\n\nprogram, the applicant shall have expertise and at least two (2)\n\nyears' experience in waste management.
