Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-7-118","heading":"Facilities that recycle hazardous waste - Permit","body":"requirements, exemption.\n\nFacilities that recycle hazardous waste shall be exempt from\n\nsubsection C of Section 2-7-113.1 and Section 2-7-115 of this title\n\nwith regard to those units exclusively used in the recycling\n\nprocess. Off-site hazardous waste recycling facilities are subject\n\nto the requirements specified by the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste\n\nManagement Act, the Oklahoma Uniform Environmental Permitting Act,\n\nand rules promulgated thereunder, for a permit, and shall also meet\n\ndesign standards as promulgated by the Board. Such recycling\n\nfacilities which were in existence on July 1, 1990, may but shall\n\nnot be required to file a permit application pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act. A permit\n\nmodification is not required for a permitted recycling facility to\n\nuse new, improved, or better methods of recycling if the Department\n\nhas approved the plans as being environmentally acceptable.
