The Environmental Quality Board shall establish a schedule\n\nof fees, pursuant to Section 2-3-402 of this title and the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act, to be charged for applications to\n\nissue and renew permits for hazardous waste facilities and for the\n\nregulation of hazardous waste. Such fees shall only be used for the\n\nimplementation of the provisions of the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste\n\nManagement Act pursuant to Section 2-3-402 of this title.\n\nB. The Environmental Quality Board shall charge fees only\n\nwithin the following ranges:\n\nFor permit application: $5,000.00 to $50,000.00\n\nFor application resubmittal: $100.00 to $1,000.00\n\nFor monitoring: $300.00 to $2,000.00 per year.\n\nC.
