Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-7-124","heading":"Monitoring of closed facility","body":"\n\nAfter a hazardous waste facility has been closed, its owner or\n\noperator shall properly maintain and monitor the hazardous waste\n\nfacility for a period of time required by rules of the Board and\n\nshall make such repairs or improvements as deemed necessary by the\n\nDepartment to ensure that no migration of hazardous waste material\n\nwill occur from the hazardous waste facility.
