Persons generating hazardous waste shall provide a manifest\n\nto the operator of any mode of any off-site transportation carrying\n\nhazardous waste. Such manifest shall be in a form which has been\n\nprescribed by the Department of Environmental Quality. The manifest\n\nshall also set forth the type, amount, approximate content, origin\n\nand destination of the waste. Such operator shall have the manifest\n\nin his or her possession while transporting or handling the\n\nhazardous waste. Upon delivery of the hazardous waste to a facility\n\nduly authorized to accept such waste, the operator shall submit such\n\nmanifest to the receiving person for processing pursuant to rules\n\npromulgated by the Board.\n\nB.
