Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-7-130","heading":"Violations - Criminal penalties","body":"Except as otherwise provided by the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste\n\nManagement Act or other law, any person who violates any of the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act or rules\n\npromulgated thereunder shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and\n\nupon conviction thereof shall be subject to imprisonment in the\n\ncounty jail for not more than six (6) months, or a fine of not less\n\nthan Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) nor more than Twenty-five\n\nThousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by both such fine and\n\nimprisonment.
