Unless otherwise authorized by the Department of\n\nEnvironmental Quality or stayed by a court of review, if a hazardous\n\nwaste treatment, storage, disposal or recycling facility fails to\n\nremit to the Department any administrative penalty assessed against\n\nthe facility pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nEnvironmental Quality Code, within the time period established by\n\nthe final or consent order, the Department shall summarily suspend\n\nthe hazardous waste operating permit of the facility.\n\nB. Unless otherwise authorized by the Department or stayed by a\n\ncourt of review, if a hazardous waste treatment, storage, disposal\n\nor recycling facility fails to pay to the Department any fee\n\nrequired to be remitted to the Department on a quarterly, annual or\n\nother periodic basis pursuant to the provisions of this article or\n\nby rule promulgated pursuant thereto within sixty (60) days after an\n\ninvoice is mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, to\n\nthe facility by the Department, the Department shall summarily\n\nsuspend the hazardous waste operating permit of the facility.\n\nC. Following suspension of a permit pursuant to the provisions\n\nof this section, the Department shall promptly institute proceedings\n\nfor revocation of the permit pursuant to Section 2-3-502 of Title\n\n27A of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nD. Unless otherwise ordered by the Department or a court of\n\nreview, the suspension or revocation of a hazardous waste operating\n\npermit shall not be deemed to relieve the facility from permit\n\nrequirements for corrective action, closure of hazardous waste\n\nunits, postclosure maintenance and monitoring, or similar\n\nrequirements which relate primarily to remediation or closure.\n\nE.
