Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-7-305","heading":"Assistance to political subdivisions","body":"To further benefit the citizens of the State of Oklahoma, the\n\nDepartment may, if funds are available from the fund, render\n\nfinancial assistance, by form of a matching grant not to exceed\n\nFifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), to any municipality or county\n\nof the state, which has prepared an emergency response plan which\n\nhas been approved by the Department, for the purpose of providing\n\nbasic emergency response training and protective equipment to be\n\nused by such municipality or county in responding to incidents\n\ninvolving hazardous waste. Such financial assistance shall be\n\navailable only to those applicants which have a significant\n\npotential for initiating emergency response to an incident involving\n\nhazardous waste.
