Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2-8-204","heading":"Study of Oklahoma as low-level radioactive waste","body":"disposal site.\n\nThe Department and the Radiation Management Advisory Council\n\nshall study the procedural and substantive authority, criteria and\n\nphysical and technical standards that would be advisable and\n\nnecessary for the protection of the health, safety and welfare of\n\nthe public and the environment concerning the licensure and\n\nsubsequent construction and operation of a low-level radioactive\n\nwaste disposal site in this state should Oklahoma be considered as\n\none of the host states for the region, in accordance with Articles\n\nIV and V of the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste\n\nCompact.
