The Board shall, pursuant to Section 24 of this act,\n\nestablish by rule a fee schedule to be charged for permits,\n\nlicenses, or radiation protection services for the regulation of any\n\nsource of radiation by the Department. Fees charged pursuant to\n\nthis section shall be paid into the Department of Environmental\n\nQuality Revolving Fund and shall be used by the Department in\n\nadministering the radiation management program pursuant to Section\n\n24 of this act.\n\nB.
