Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-2204","heading":"Enforcement of reoccupation restrictions - Penalties -","body":"Injunction.\n\nThe restrictions on reoccupation or reestablishment described in\n\nsubsections A and B of Section 2 of this act may be enforced by the\n\ntrust in its own name or by the district attorney or the Attorney\n\nGeneral in the name of the State of Oklahoma. Those violating such\n\nrestrictions shall be liable for penalties in an amount equal to\n\nthree times the amount they have received from the trust. This\n\npenalty shall be in addition to such injunctive relief as the court\n\nmay order.
