A Drought Committee shall be formed consisting of the\n\nExecutive Director of the Oklahoma Conservation Commission, the\n\nCommissioner of Agriculture, the Executive Director of the Oklahoma\n\nWater Resources Board, one member who resides west of Interstate 35\n\n(I-35), appointed by the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of\n\nRepresentatives, and one member who resides east of Interstate 35\n\n(I-35), appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State\n\nSenate.\n\nB. The Emergency Drought Committee shall meet at the call of\n\nthe Commissioner of Agriculture when the Commissioner declares that\n\nemergency drought conditions exist in the state.\n\nC. The Emergency Drought Committee shall determine the\n\nexpenditures to be made from the Emergency Drought Relief Fund\n\ncreated in Section 2250 of this title, subject to approval by a\n\nmajority of the Committee and shall determine the appropriate agency\n\nto expend the funds.\n\nD.
