May employ an Executive Director and any technical experts\n\nand other agents and employees, permanent and temporary, as may be\n\nrequired, and shall determine their qualifications, duties, and\n\ncompensation;\n\n2. May call upon the Attorney General of the state for any\n\nlegal services as may be required. In addition, the Commission, if\n\nit determines that it is needed, may employ or appoint attorneys or\n\nin-house counsel to advise or represent the Commission; and\n\n3. Shall have authority to delegate to its chairman, to one or\n\nmore of its members, or to one or more agents or employees, any\n\npowers and duties as it may deem proper.\n\nB. Offices shall be provided by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services in Oklahoma City.
