Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-2-104","heading":"Chairman, quorum and expenses","body":"The Commission shall reorganize annually and select a chairman\n\nfrom among its members who shall serve for one (1) year from the\n\ndate of selection. A member of the Commission shall hold office so\n\nlong as such member retains the office by virtue of which he shall\n\nbe serving on the Commission. A majority of the Commission shall\n\nconstitute a quorum, and the concurrence of a majority in any matter\n\nwithin their duties shall be required for its determination.
