Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-2-106a","heading":"Conservation Commission Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to be designated the\n\n\"Conservation Commission Revolving Fund (#405)\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Conservation Commission from\n\nappropriations, fees, charges, penalties, and any other sources that\n\nare not designated for deposit to any other fund as authorized by\n\nlaw.
