Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-2-106b","heading":"Conservation Commission Tar Creek Mine Reclamation","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to be designated the\n\n\"Conservation Commission Tar Creek Mine Reclamation Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nConservation Commission from appropriations, fees, charges,\n\npenalties, federal grants and any other sources including interest\n\nearned from the income in the fund that are designated for deposit\n\nto such fund or designated for duties associated with the Tar Creek\n\nsuperfund project. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nConservation Commission to perform the duties imposed on the\n\nCommission by law.
