Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-2-109","heading":"Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Conservation Commission, to be designated the\n\n\"Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of cost-share monies received by the Commission\n\nfrom the Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation Program. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Commission for the general operation\n\nof the Commission.
