Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-2-110","heading":"Oklahoma Conservation Commission Infrastructure","body":"Revolving Fund\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Conservation Commission Infrastructure Revolving Fund\".\n\nB. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Conservation Commission from the apportionment of gross\n\nproduction tax revenues as prescribed by Section 1004 of Title 68 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nConservation Commission for the purpose of the rehabilitation of\n\nwatershed dams and, for the Conservation Cost Share Program and the\n\nConservation Reserve Enhancement Program.\n\nD. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nE.
