At the first meeting following each annual election, the\n\nboard of directors shall organize and shall select and designate a\n\nchair, vice-chair and a treasurer. Notice of the new organization\n\nshall be filed with the Conservation Commission annually as\n\nprescribed by the Commission.\n\nB.
