Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-3-103","heading":"Secretary, technical experts and other employees -","body":"Legal assistance - Delegation of powers - Copies of ordinances,\n\nrules and regulations, etc., to Commission.\n\nA. The directors of a district may employ a secretary,\n\ntechnical experts and other employees as necessary and determine\n\ntheir duties and compensation. Employees of a conservation district\n\nare at-will employees.\n\nB. The district attorney within whose jurisdiction a majority\n\nof the area of the district is situated shall act as legal advisor\n\nfor the board of directors and shall afford the board like\n\nrepresentation as is now provided for other county officers. The\n\ndirectors may call upon the Attorney General of the state for such\n\nlegal services as they may require, or may employ their own counsel.\n\nC. The directors may delegate, to their chair, to one or more\n\ndirectors, or to one or more agents or employees such powers and\n\nduties as they may deem proper.\n\nD.
