Any two or more districts organized under the provisions of\n\nthe Conservation District Act may cooperate with one another in the\n\nexercise of any or all powers conferred in the Conservation District\n\nAct, and expend locally earned district funds in furtherance of such\n\ncooperation.\n\nB. Any two or more districts may engage in joint activities by\n\nagreement between or among them in planning, financing,\n\nconstructing, operating, maintaining and administering any program\n\nor project concerned with the conservation of renewable natural\n\nresources. The districts concerned may make available for purposes\n\nof the agreement any funds, property, personnel, equipment or\n\nservices available to them under the Conservation District Act.\n\nC. Any district may enter into such agreements with a district\n\nor districts in adjoining states to carry out such purposes if the\n\nlaw in such other states permits the districts in such states to\n\nenter into such agreements.\n\nD.
