The Conservation Commission shall require applicants to\n\nsubmit information, forms and reports as are necessary to properly\n\nand efficiently administer the conservation cost-share program.\n\nB. Persons may apply to a conservation district for cost-share\n\nfunds for eligible conservation projects in the State of Oklahoma,\n\nin accordance with rules promulgated by the Commission. To be\n\neligible for reimbursement for a cost-share project, an eligible\n\nperson must:\n\n1. File a conservation plan approved by the conservation\n\ndistrict in which the applicant's land is located; and\n\n2. Enter into a contract with a conservation district detailing\n\nthe responsibilities of the person.\n\nC.
