Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-3-302","heading":"Notice of filing period","body":"Each district shall give due notice of the filing period for\n\nelection of district directors, during the first three (3) weeks in\n\nApril, setting forth the period in which notifications and\n\ndeclarations of candidacy are to be filed.\n\nDue notice shall be given in each district of the election. The\n\nlast publication of the notice shall be not less than five (5) days\n\nbefore the date of the election.
