The Conservation Commission shall designate the polling\n\nplaces in the district.\n\nB. The names of all candidates who have filed a proper\n\nnotification and declaration and have been found eligible by the\n\nCommission within the time herein designated shall be printed on a\n\nballot prescribed by the Commission.\n\nC. The Commission shall declare the candidate receiving the\n\nlargest number of votes cast in an election, elected.\n\nD. When two or more candidates receive the same number of votes\n\ncast, a runoff election shall be held within thirty (30) days from\n\ndate of the first election in the manner prescribed above.\n\nE. The Commission shall prescribe rules for holding elections\n\npursuant to the provisions of this section, pay for the elections,\n\nsupervise the conduct and shall publish the results.\n\nF. When only one qualified candidate files a notification and\n\ndeclaration of candidacy for the office of director in a district as\n\nprovided herein, no election shall be necessary and the Commission\n\nshall declare the person elected.\n\nG.
