Stat. tit. 27A, § 27A-3-3-402","heading":"Certificate of Secretary of State as evidence","body":"In any suit, action or proceeding involving the validity or\n\nenforcement of, or relating to, any contract, proceeding or action\n\nof a district, the district shall be deemed to have been established\n\nin accordance with the provisions of the Conservation District Act\n\nupon proof of the issuance of a certificate of organization to a\n\nsoil conservation district or a soil and water conservation district\n\nby the Secretary of State.
