The Oklahoma Conservation Commission is hereby authorized to\n\nestablish and administer the Oklahoma Conservation Commission\n\nMunicipal Infrastructure Cost-Share Program as funds become\n\navailable and otherwise appropriated. The Oklahoma Conservation\n\nCommission Municipal Infrastructure Cost-Share Program shall provide\n\nmonies to eligible communities and rural water districts for the\n\npurpose of implementing conservation or best management practices on\n\nsuch eligible land pursuant to priority watershed work or\n\nConservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) work, or watershed\n\nrehabilitation or watershed operation and maintenance work in\n\naccordance to rules promulgated by the Commission.\n\nB.
