There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Conservation Commission to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Conservation Commission Municipal Infrastructure Cost-\n\nShare Revolving Fund\".\n\nB. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nOklahoma Conservation Commission in the form of gifts, grants,\n\nreimbursements, donations, industry contributions, state\n\nappropriations, funds allocated by federal agencies for cost-share\n\nprograms and such other monies specifically designated for the\n\nOklahoma Conservation Commission Municipal Infrastructure Cost-Share\n\nProgram. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission for\n\nthe Municipal Infrastructure Conservation Cost-Share Program; and\n\ninterest attributable to investment of money in the Oklahoma\n\nConservation Commission Municipal Infrastructure Cost-Share\n\nRevolving Fund.\n\nC. All donations or other proceeds received by the Commission\n\npursuant to the provisions of this section shall be deposited with\n\nthe State Treasurer to be credited to the Oklahoma Conservation\n\nCommission Municipal Infrastructure Cost-Share Revolving Fund.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.\n\nD. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nConservation Commission for the purpose of matching municipal or\n\nrural water district funds for the rehabilitation of watershed dams\n\nand for the Conservation Cost-Share Program and the Conservation\n\nReserve Enhancement Program pursuant to the Oklahoma Conservation\n\nCommission Municipal Infrastructure Cost-Share Program.\n\nE. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nF.
