The Oklahoma Conservation Commission shall undertake a\n\ncomprehensive watershed-based water quality plan designed to improve\n\nand protect the water quality and aquatic habitat in the Spring\n\nCreek watershed through the utilization of voluntary, incentive-\n\nbased programs.\n\n2. On or before June 1, 2026, the Commission shall publish an\n\nelectronic report of the findings. The Commission may, from time to\n\ntime, update such findings as conditions change and pertinent\n\ninformation becomes available.\n\nB. The Commission may contract and cooperate with the Natural\n\nResources Conservation Service of the United States Department of\n\nAgriculture and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to conduct\n\nactivities provided for in this section.\n\nC.
